Looked at this a week ago or so. Supposedly there is a verbal agreement to sell for $8k or so.
House with all the trees in front. Couldn't get inside. It was locked. I didn't pursue because of the estimated work to renovate. Salesman said he couldn't work up the nerve to go down to the basement.
