We would put on new siding, possibly the windows are OK. I expect it would be new electric, plumbing, HVAC, Kitchen, and possibly a rooftop deck over the back flat roof.

House is 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom.

I have not been inside.

We would remove the brick enclosure from the front porch, getting a front porch back. I think we would clean all the stone & brick and re point the whole house.

Currently this house is an eye-sore with abandoned cars in the front yard.

It has some original stained glass windows.

It has a really neat stairwell in the middle (just inside the windows above).
